The 300 year old farmhouse lies at the head of a secluded wooded valley
with spectacular views over this part of totally unspoilt Provence.The chateaux of Le Barroux overlooks the property and the area is rich in Roman sites.


This old Provencal farmhouse has recently been sympathetically modernised and extended to provide contemporary holiday accommodation in an area of peace and tranquility close to the wine villages of Gigondas,Vacqueyras and
Beaumes-de-Venise.

The house is avaiable to let only for the months of July, August and September


The house provides 4 double bedrooms one capable of conversion to a twin. Two of the bedrooms are en suite together with a further shower room.

On the ground floor there is a modern,
well equipped,fully fitted kitchen,two reception areas,a dining room with panoramic views and a cloakroom.

The 15 x 5m infinity swimming pool is fitted with a hard fully retractable electric cover and is surrounded by an extensive terraced area to relax on.


The house is ideally located in the heart of Roman Provence in an area renowned for cycling, walking and its numerous historic sites.Le Barroux lies approximately 2km away and provides a village shop and three restaurants.Full services are available in Malaucene and Caromb each about 4km away.


Avignon (TGV) and Orange are 25kms away,Vasion-la-Romaine is 15kms and Marseille approximately 100 kms.
